About the PDF Merger tool
Application forms, supporting documents, invoices and study notes often arrive as separate PDF files. Sending ten attachments is inconvenient, and some portals only accept one file. The PDF Merger joins several PDFs into one document, in the order you choose, so you can share or upload a single clean file.
Merging is done online, so there is nothing to install. Select your files, merge them and download the combined PDF.
How to use it
- Click Choose files and select two or more PDFs. You can select several at once.
- Check the order of the files. The merged document follows the selected order.
- Press Merge PDFs.
- Download the merged PDF and scroll through it to confirm all pages are present.
Common uses
- Combining ID proof, certificates and a cover letter into one application file
- Joining monthly invoices into a single yearly record
- Building a study pack from separate chapters or lecture notes
- Putting a report and its appendices into one document
Tips for best results
- Name your files with numbers (01, 02, 03) so they are easy to select in the right order.
- If the merged file is too big, run it through PDF Shrink.
- Password-protected files must be unlocked before merging.
